What it does

Spin your own look: swipe through tops, choose one, then bottoms, then shoes.
Dress me: one tap picks a top, bottoms and shoes that go together.
Your closet: add your own clothes from a photo, remove any item.

How to install

Tap Download for Android above.
Open the downloaded file (from the notification, or Files › Downloads).
If Android asks, allow installs from your browser, then go back.
Tap Install. If Play Protect warns about an unknown app, tap More details › Install anyway.

Works offline. No account, no sign-in, no permissions needed. This app isn't on the Play Store, which is why Android asks before installing it.
